Let them be kids.

Beautiful family photography without turning your vacation into a photo shoot.

“Nobody (including our teenage boys) was dreading the fake poses or the forced smiles. Instead, we all just got be be ourselves and play!”

A family session that feels like vacation

Your family doesn’t need to perform for the camera.

Go enjoy the beach together. I’ll give you enough direction to make the photographs everyone wants, then I’ll get out of the way and photograph what your family actually feels like.

We get the photograph Grandma wants—and then we let everyone have fun.

Simple on purpose

Three steps. No pressure.

Reserve the date now. Decide what photographs you want only after you’ve seen them.

01

Reserve your date.

A $250 session fee holds your evening. We’ll confirm where you’re staying and make the plan around your vacation.

02

Enjoy the beach.

I’ll make the polished family portrait, then let the kids move, play, explore and be themselves while I photograph what unfolds.

03

Choose after viewing.

See the finished gallery first. Then choose 5 images, 15 images, or the full gallery—without guessing before the session.

Meet Elie

I care about the moments between the portraits.

I grew up around Grayton Beach and Point Washington, long before either felt polished or planned. Years later, after spending too much of my own children’s early years distracted by work, I changed course.

Now I photograph the kinds of moments I wish I had paid closer attention to—the connection, laughter, chaos and small expressions that make one family different from every other family.

Some stories need more than sunset.

Four hours—or an entire day—with enough room for everyone to forget the camera and simply be together.

Before you reserve

Questions parents usually ask.

What if my kids won’t stand still?

They don’t need to. We’ll make the family portrait first, then movement becomes part of the session instead of something everyone has to fight.

Will we still get a traditional family portrait?

Yes. The goal is not to avoid portraits; it is to avoid spending the whole session manufacturing them. We’ll make the photograph Grandma wants and then let everyone loosen up.

Do I have to choose my image package before the session?

No. The $250 session fee reserves the date. After you see the finished gallery, choose 5 digital files, 15 files, or the full gallery.

Your vacation already has enough logistics

Let the photo part be easy.

Tell me when you’ll be here and where you’re staying. I’ll help with the rest.
